Perfectly situated in the heart of the countryside, Cwm Nant is one of our established sites where we regularly host shoots. The location offers breathtaking views of the Welsh countryside and presents some truly challenging high clay shots. While it provides a test for even the most experienced Gun, the layout remains enjoyable and accessible for all skill levels — making it one of our favourite spots to visit.
Please note: 4x4 vehicles are essential for this shoot to navigate the terrain safely and comfortably.

Exceptional Clays
We use a selection of Promatic and Bowman clay traps, all regularly maintained and serviced to ensure consistent performance. Each trap has been carefully chosen for its high-tension springs and fast, reliable throwing action. This allows us to deliver outstanding flushes and a variety of challenging, dynamic targets. For those looking to improve, we can also set up tuition-style clays, ensuring every skill level is catered for and everyone stays engaged throughout the day.
Stunning Countryside
Our shoots take place across some of the most stunning countryside that Wales and Shropshire have to offer. Rolling hills, deep valleys, and sweeping views create the perfect backdrop for a truly memorable day in the field. Each of our locations has been carefully selected not only for its natural beauty but also for the variety and quality of shooting it provides, from dramatic high clays to more relaxed drives, all set within the peaceful charm of the rural landscape.
Fine Catering
From the first drive to the last, our simulated days are as much about hospitality as they are about sport. Guests are treated to a generous selection of drinks - tea, coffee, and chilled refreshments, alongside light snacks served out on the field between drives. To round off the day, we gather for a relaxed three-course lunch at one of our handpicked local venues, the ideal way to unwind, enjoy exceptional food, and relive the highlights of the shoot.
Expert Tuition
All of our staff are highly experienced across many aspects of shooting, yet we recognise there’s always something new to learn, and we welcome that. We hold BASC coaching accreditation and take pride in being approachable, supportive, and passionate about what we do. Shooting is an important part of our countryside heritage, and we’re committed to doing our part to help it thrive for generations to come.
